really GOOD experience
helpful staff comfortable rooms quiet place
the location IS wonderful. Staff ARE very friendly and helpful to the guests, it makes THE stay great. The rooms were comfortable, i slept well there and everything was clean. Also it was quiet.
the safe wasn't big, it's a pity. i wanted to put my laptop, but i couldn't.

spacious room comfortable bed helpful staff
the room was spacious and clean it had simple decor. the bed was very comfortable i slept soundly. the staff was helpful and friendly they answered all my questions.
the hotel lacked a mini fridge it would have been useful.

sweet stay near st georges metro
spacious family room comfortable bed safe neighborhood
i really liked that the family room was spacious and had comfortable beds. the neighborhood felt quite safe. i found several nice restaurants nearby. it's true, the nearest subway, m12, runs north-south, so transfers are needed for east-west travel on m1.
I did notice a slight smell in the reception area. It reminded me of old beer, a bit off-putting.

The hotel is near st georges metro station. That was a big plus. plus, the calm street provided a super calm place after a busy day, i appreciated that so much.

the breakfast room offered an airy space because it had open windows . there were good options for coffee and tea, the staff always made sure we had what we needed.

the beds were large and comfortable, very nice after long days exploring. constant hot water in the bathroom was really useful, and the bathroom was perfectly nice and clean. the staff were happy to store our bags.

the staff were friendly and professional, i must say. they were always happy to help and they provided useful information. i found them cute, that was so appreciated.
